Anuradha firmly believes in the transformative power of early stage capital combined with customer-centric and frugal business models, especially in a complex, value-driven market such as India. In the two decades she has been in venture capital, she has invested across financial services, fintech and enterprise technology businesses. She represents Prana on the boards of companies like M2P, Varthana, Scripbox, Neogrowth, and Kaleidofin.

Prior to Prana, Anuradha was a Managing Partner at TVS Capital where she led investments in financial services businesses including Vivriti Capital, Sarvagram and Finnable. Previously, she was the Head of India at Flourish Ventures, a fintech VC, leading investments in financial infrastructure (M2P), embedded finance (Aquaconnect, ApnaKlub, Credflow, Queuebuster) and prior to Flourish, led fintech investments at Omidyar Network India in SME lending, vertical finance, consumer lending and WealthTech. Anuradha started her venture investing career at VenturEast, prior to which she had stints in investment banking and corporate finance at Lazard India, UTV, Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Financial Express.

A bemused parent to a high energy daughter who keeps her on her toes, Anuradha loves to read fiction and travel around India with her family. Her colleagues think she is the most likely to have strange hobbies.
