The Website is maintained and operated by Prana Venture Management LLP (“PVM”). There are multiple entities under the “Prana” or “Prana Ventures” group, with each entity having its own separate legal identity and existence. The terms “Prana” and “Prana Ventures” are used on the Website merely for ease of reference to the Prana group as a whole and do not refer to any one particular entity, fund or scheme. Team members, investee companies and addresses mentioned on the Website may be part of, or relate to, different and independent entities, each having its own separate legal existence.

Prana provides investment management or advisory services only to privately offered investing entities and funds, and does not solicit or make those services available to the public.
