Shivank brings nearly a decade of experience in venture capital and private equity, with work spanning agri-food, climate, healthcare, financial inclusion, and consumer technology across India, Southeast Asia, and Africa. He is passionate about backing founders who pair deep sectoral insight with the operational discipline needed to build durable businesses in emerging markets. Shivank has closed 25+ investments from seed to Series C, served as Board Observer across 12+ portfolio companies, and delivered multiple full exits above benchmark including Butterfly Learnings, Resolute Education, and Prescinto.

Before joining Prana, Shivank was an Investment Manager at Sagana Capital, where he led direct equity and fund-of-funds investments across food & agriculture, climate, and healthcare for a global family office base, deploying capital into companies like Butterfly Learnings, Ekincare, Origin Fresh, Helex Bio, and Mangopoint. Prior to Sagana, he was part of the India team at Incofin Investment Management, deploying capital from the India Progress Fund into growth-stage businesses including Sahyadri Farms, Light Microfinance, Khetika, Unnati Agri, and MuFin Green. He began his investing career as a founding team member at Ankurit Capital, where he helped build the firm from scratch and closed 11 early-stage investments across fintech, consumer, and SaaS including Snapmint, HomeVille, Rentomojo, and Sattviko. Shivank holds a Bachelor's in Management Studies from the University of Delhi and has cleared CFA Level II.
