Before joining Prana, Rajesh contributed to organizations such as Omidyar Network India, Mystifly Consulting, Lyca Digital, and Dell, where he developed expertise in end-to-end office management, employee engagement, and cross-functional coordination. His consistent performance earned him multiple honors, including the Outstanding Employee Award and several Topper Awards.
