Mercia is an executive assistant to the senior Partners and is also a part of the Finance team at Prana Ventures, where she is involved in accounting, MIS reporting and investor relations.

Mercia has about 30 years of experience and prior to joining Prana Ventures, she served as an executive assistant to the Managing Director of Omidyar Network India.  In that role, she was responsible for a range of administrative duties, including managing large-scale events.  Previously, she worked at Everstone Capital (Private Equity) and Enam Financial Consultants (Merchant Banker) as Executive Secretary.

Mercia holds a B.Com degree from Mumbai University and has completed a secretarial course from Burnley’s Commercial College.

Mercia enjoys cooking and spending time with little children in her pastime.
